Discussed at DoJo on May 14, 2020:

*	Python support in Visual Studio Code - May release discussed at:

*	Matplotlib is nice for getting graphical results from data in pandas,
numpy, etc. For more sophisticated graphs, try Seaborn:

*	Discussion and resources for the vulnerability called “thunder
spy” that involves thunderbolt:

	*	A more cogent explanation of the exploit:

*	Jupyter notebooks have evolved into Jupyter lab.
	-	Some features:
		-	File management now available in a sidebar
		-	Can now show two notebooks side by side
	-	Available at the same site: https://jupyter.org/
	-	After installing JupyterLab, starting with the command jupyter
notebook will continue to work, but will still show the older web page.
Starting with jupyter lab will default to showing the new features on
the web page.

See you next week Pythonistas!

Travis

P. S. Some folks expressed a very strong preference for using Jitsi so
we will resume using Jitsi as our virtual meeting vehicle. The link for
next week will be https://meet.jit.si/COhpyDoJoMay21.
