[CentralOH] October Monthly Python Meeting

I would prefer that we move the meeting up to the 24th since we only get 
12 meetings a year.  That's also what we do when holidays interfere with 
our monthly meetings.  If Brian cannot do his second presentation then, 
I am willing to fill in with a presentation about Sphinx, a 
sophisticated documentation tool written in Python.
