[CentralOH] February Monthly COhPy Meeting - Monday Feb. 27, 6:00 pm

Hi everybody,

We will be meeting again on Monday February 27 at 6:00 pm at Improving 
(One Easton Oval, Suite 175, Columbus OH 43219).

In addition to meeting space, Improving is generously providing pizza 
and beverage for us.

      The new features of Python 3.11

Some of the features are obvious to users while others are under the hood.


      Creating Documentation using Sphinx

This will include:

  *

    Setting up Sphinx from scratch

  *

    Extracting documentation from source code

  *

    Creating additional documentation using reStuctured Text, Markdown
    and UML

  *

    How to include graphics in the documentation

  *

    How to get GitHub to build and publish the documentation to
    readthedocs.io <http://readthedocs.io/> (possibly this can be done
    on GitLab as well)
