[Chennaipy] Pych and Chennaipy

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to ensure that everybody gets the message -- Pych and
Chennaipy will remain separate entities.

It seems that Pych, was conceived to develop open source software
using Python. And Sam from Pych believes that their goals are much
different from a Python User Group, and it would be better for them to
be a separate entity.
