[Chennaipy] Website Update

Hi Everyone,
The following improvements have been made to the website.

   * The theme has been changed to "Pure Pelican Theme".

   * Travis has been configured to build the website on every commit
     and publish the changes to chennaipy.org.

If you find any issues or have any suggestions, please feel free to
open an issue on github (https://github.com/chennaipy/website).
