Hi,

Sending an email like this across multiple mailing lists will definitely
not get you the attention of any potential candidates. Kindly send out a
more professional email in the future with the following points in mind:

- Use [JOB] at the beginning of your subject so that people know beforehand
what this email is all about.

- Refrain from using vague terms like "Rockstar" or "Ninjas". Instead,
describe the qualities of the candidate you're looking for.

- What does your organisation/company do ? What is your technology stack ?
Why should a potential candidate be interested in applying ? -- These are
the questions that you need to answer in the email post.

- Finally, provide the necessary contact details (whether it be an email
address or a phone number) so that a potential candidate can get in touch
with you.
