[Chennaipy] Talk on Python Byte Code Hacks

Hi Everyone,
I have proposed a talk titled "Python Byte Code Hacks", for the
upcoming PyCon India conference. The proposal is available at

The talk will be along the lines of the talk I did in December 2015
Chennaipy meetup. If there were things you liked / did not like about
the talk, do let me know. You can use the comment section on the
proposal page. This will help me refine the talk and the proposal.

BTW, mere up / down voting the proposal is not going to help. So you
might want to write a comment as well.  :-)
