[Chennaipy] Python Peravai

I wish to introduce myself as a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Indian
Army.
I am a python enthusiast.
I along with a few friends of mine would like to start a Python Peravai for
those interested in coding in python language.
Could you guide me as to how to proceed.
