I'd like to propose the following talk:

Title: 

Fundamental Principles of Neural Networks

Description: 

A short introduction to the fundamental ideas behind Neural Networks.
I'll also demo a simple Neural Network written in Python.  No prior
experience with Machine Learning is required.
