[Chennaipy] Help regarding python Raspberry Pi

hello,
   i have using Raspberry Pi 3 B model V-1.2 and i'm currently working
on projects based on sensors like motion,temperature, humidity
moisture, etc. So now the first thing is that is need to break through
and push my sensors and data from sensors to cloud like azure,
Owncloud,  etc. Can anyone guide me in how to register m sensor to
cloud and host my sensors to raspberry wireless.
