Yes, I was trying to convey the same thing.

I wasn't talking about me :), Just trying to tell we may not know how the
newcomers will take it if we post feedbacks like this publicly.
Imagine a new guy who hasn't talked before reads this thread, especially
this line :
"Talks were prepared just out from learning and *didn't arise from
experience/usage*/real use-cases". They would think that only experienced
people and people who uses it daily can give talks. That thought might stop
them from submitting for a CFP.
My previous email is just my opinion on that "some attendee's" feedback.

We should try making the feedbacks private to the speaker, It would be more
constructive and help them.
