If the feedback is about how better to organize Chennaipy events, it 
will be useful to us (the organizers). But if the feedback is about the 
talk, then it will be useful only for the speaker. It would be better 
for the speaker to ask for feedback (if needed), in that case.

The bottom line is the talk selection will always be on a FCFS basis.

He are some areas that we can work on to improve talk quality.

  * Ask the speakers to submit slides 3 days before the event. (We used
    to do that.) The idea is to ensure that the speakers is prepared
    well ahead of the event.
  * Better timekeeping during the event. Ensure that the talks do not
    spillover the 20 min slot.
  * Request speakers to rehearse their talks.
