[Chennaipy] We should have a feedback form after the Meetup.

IMHO, Points 1 and 3 are dependent on speaker's discipline and hence wonder
if this is possible.
However, as an idea, am all for it.

The reason is:
1) I have the material upfront and hence I can prepare upfront and have a
more fruitful discussion
with the speaker. In other words, I can do my background reading and come
prepared.

2) It could also help me decide if I really want to come for the meetup,
especially if there is a clash with
another equally important appointment.

3) As a listener, i get to hear a well-rehearsed presentation, which is a
pleasure.

Point no. 2 :
I am for it and  volunteer to time-keep whenever I come. This is needed.
We could add this in the intro to the meetup. Just like we ask for a
volunteer for the MoM, we can have a volunteer for time-keeping.

Online feedback, is as Vijay says, is very iffy, as people don't give
feedback.
That's why here in my office, we have printed feedback sheets which
participants are almost forced to fill. :(
Not very effective.

 However, what I have noticed is that certain members do give honest
feedback and maybe that
would help. So, maybe we can try online feedback, provided the mechanism of
setting it up is not really tough.
