[Chennaipy] Creating cover image - issue with printing tamil characters

Hello all,

I am working on creating a cover image for set of tamil books with python
and json file.

I got an issue while print tamil characters in the image. Tamil characters
are not printed properly. I tried with the different fonts.

Can anyone give me a suggestion to resolve this issue.
