[Chennaipy] Regarding TOSS conf expense report

Hi All,

Tamil Open Source Software Conference 2023 was successfully completed!
As you all know, last week Saturday (Sept 16) we united many Foss
organisations and LUGs to celebrate TossConf23.

Thanks to all of your contributions and collaboration as a community.
With all your support and participation, we have completed the
TossConf23 and it was a success for the 3rd consecutive year.

Hope you had a great time participating in it. Lot of us had a good
opportunity to network with similar Foss Minded people and connect
with linux enthusiasts. And more importantly we had awesome
conversations with new linux users as well.

Also we celebrated ILUGC's 25th Anniversary at the end of the event,
It is really a big milestone. And it is amazing how ILUGC is
continuously spreading awareness in Linux & Foss, uniting Foss people
together and must mention it is the parent of many small LUG's like
KanchiLUG. Thanks for inspiring us!

Once again thank you all for contributing and collaborating as a
united team for celebrating this event.
See you guys in the upcoming LUG and Foss meets.

Finally to complete all tasks of the TossConf23,
I know it was a paid event(You know we charge only for the food right:
) ) so all the money aspect should be transparent, so I hereby adding
the revenue and expense report of the event at the end of the mail.
