[Chennaipy] matplotlib and unicode tamil display

Hello all,

We are trying to write Tolkappiyam tamil grammar rules as python code.
Check the progress here

On the progress, we wanted to create pie chart with tamil words.
Matplotlib is not showing the unicode tamil properly.

After tried few other plotting libraries, found plotly helps as it shows
the images on browser.

Did anyone face the same issue with matplotlib and got any solution?
