Hello All,

I would like to propose a lightning talk.

Title: Faster Build times with Rye and uv
Description: Rye is a package management tool and uv is a dependency
management tool on top of which rye is built. I would like to show a quick
demo on how to use this tool and how it improves build times when building
large containers in python.
