Yes, it's yet another rails-like-thing-for-Python, but with one big
difference: it's not all new code, but rather a consolidation of a
bunch of existing parts (and, surely, some new code in the gaps or,
well, somewhere).  Complete with a "20 minute wiki" screencast.
