[Chicago] Web Analytics

I was wondering what everyone uses for web-analytics / log parsing.  I
have a need for a program that can track multiple servers as one
website.  All of the solutions, both open source and retail, that I've
seen lack in particular ways.  Google Analytics is alright, but it
only works with JavaScript, and it's a pain to put on a non-templated
website with many stand-alone pages.

Any suggestions?
