We've been using Trac with the Django project since it was open-sourced in 
July 2005, and we used Trac internally for a couple of months before that.

Trac quite nicely integrates Subversion with the Web. My favorite bit is how 
you can set it up so that putting the message "Fixed #123" in the Subversion 
commit message will automatically close the ticket in the Trac ticket system.
