[Chicago] vote on the button choices

I think it got vetoed by the people actually doing the work. >:-|

That said, I like the ones with the nut, #1 esp. (though perhaps with bigger 
text at the top).

I also like leaving some space to write one's name.  Yeah, my name, that's 
*totally* what I'm going to write there. :-P
