[Chicago] Using Setuptools: Your Head vs. The Wall

So I think I'm going to restrict my talk to setuptools, largely b/c I'm 
getting bored of looking at it & I have Real Work todo.  So I'm not gonna 
cover "Packaging with Distutils", which has been done to death on the 
Interweb already.

I'dl be happy to talk answer questions on either / dig up links on packaging 
though.

I'll probably post my slides Wednesday or Thursday.
