[Chicago] Restaurants - vegetarian, vegan, kosher, halal?

As I indicated, I don't have any personal experience.  This is the problem I
have with people who just say, "Just provide links to
Metromix/Yelp/Whatever".  There is too much to choose from.  I would much
rather list restaurants people have personal experience with.
