[Chicago] link to pyExcelerator module

Here is a link to the pyExcelerator module that was mentioned last  
night.

I have used it both to read and write Excel speadsheets.
It is alpha and hasn't been updated for a while, but I have found it  
to be reasonably stable.
The documentation is not great.
I remember having a unicode issue (that was Excel's fault).
