[Chicago] layout html/css generator

How much harm can it do considering that since two weeks ago if you  
google "python web framework", web2py
does not appear at all anymore? The week before it was listed on the  
second page, then suddenly disappeared.

I knew I should have written a license that says "for web2py only". I  
give you a hand and you want an arm.
Just kidding! :-)
