[Chicago] Jython

You could use Jython to implement a plugin system for an app that's largely written in Java. Or maybe you really want to use certain Java libraries but you don't like writing Java code. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any specific examples, though.

I think it is almost merged back now. I saw it discussed in the
mailing list, but I haven't seen what is going on yet.

very naive question: why would someone want to run java in appengine
and then on top of that use jython?
