At some point in the last year, The Public (or at least the subset  
that goes to Python talks) really caught on to REST.  While a brief  
overview is often helpful, explanations of HTTP methods & resource  
tables are no longer as necessary as they were 2+ years ago. That  
said, seeing as we don't all seem to agree on what's RESTful, more  
detail is certainly appropriate if giving a talk on REST-qua-REST.

REST: It's not a protocol, it's not an architecture... it's a style.
