[Chicago] Python and web

For my work with crowdSPRING -- we use Django, and apparently are one of 
the bigger Django sites out there.

For my work with Three Crickets -- a home-brewed platform, Prudence, 
which is just about ready for beta status, and I hope to present it more 
fully to ChiPy folks soon.
