[Chicago] Far, Far, Far Northwesterners on ChiPy

I'm in Round Lake and I've made it down to a couple of the ChiPy events.
 They are great, but it really is a commitment to drive down for them from
way up here.  I'd be happy to volunteer to host meetings if we can get
enough people interested up here but I'd need some help in getting the
meetings organized.
