[Chicago] Far, Far, Far Northwesterners on ChiPy

A lurker from Schaumburg.  I also work in the city and find it hard to fight
train schedules and suburban duties to stay late for Chipy.  Though, I have
made one...  So, I'd love a suburban Chipy!  I'd probably be able to make a
lot more.
