[Chicago] ChiPy North Venue found

Good news, we found a venue and at least one presentation for this
Thursday's ChiPy North meeting. Check it out at http://chipy.org

We still need more presenters and some food ideas. Since we are still
a relatively small and manageable group, perhaps we should just say
chip in 5-10 bucks and I will pick something up. Your thoughts?

Looks like this is going to the best meeting ever.
