I would like to do a code kata based talk. Katas are small algorithms that
we do as developers to practice coding.

I will do a live kata with one of my apprentices, I will do ruby, he python.

Then I will give a brief history of code katas and why deliberate practice
is important to the professional software developer.

Then there will be an exercise (a kata) that we will do as a group, both in
python and in ruby.

Finally we will show a few of the different solutions (both ruby and
python). I want to exaggerate the difference between the languages as small
and the larger difference is how we approach problems and self improvement
as software professionals.

Does this work?
Paul
