The lesson here is to take testing seriously.

What I was doing: lets run the code and see what happens!   I was
expecting either a syntax error or for it to do it's test thing.  but
when we got to the police officer's station there was a third
possibility that we hadn't even counted upon, and we was both
immediately arrested.
