[Chicago] Tonight's North Meeting

The examples are taken and modified from http://zguide.zeromq.org/page:all
I made the poller non-blocking and generally added a lot of output
everywhere to make things clearer.

I like the idea of theming meetings, there seemed to be a lot of interest in
web frameworks.
