[Chicago] Looking for a designer who has experience with Django

I'm a freelancer working out of Michigan (across the Lake ;), more on
backend stuff than what you're looking for, but I would advise: hire
someone with a personal portfolio so that you get someone with an
aesthetic you like.
It's easy to know if something is complete / satisfactory from a tech
perspective, but it can get murky when you're dealing with art!
