[Chicago] Android emulators?

This cracked me up.
My idea was to pick something lightning sprintable for a meeting and no one
had replied to Skip at the time.
I thought perhaps a walkthrough would be really quick to write up together.
I don't have a phone that I develop on anymore nor do I imagine everyone
else does. Emulators for us.
