[Chicago] Another new venue option: U of C downtown

The offer comes from the University of Chicago group who runs "data science
for social good."  http://dssg.io  The program includes 40 fellows (mostly
grad students and some undergrads in CS and stats) from around the country.

Most of what they are doing is in Python and partnering with non profits
and government organizations. This could be a good networking event with
the fellows who would find it valuable to connect with the local Python
community.

It might make sense to focus on data science meetup for August? Your
thoughts?
