[Chicago] Heroku Giveaway at Pycon

I bet the PSF will cover it, but yeah, ask Heroku first. - one less thing
for the PSF to deal with, and Heroku has people paid to deal with this.

I am still curious what table has more than a few 100 rows.  the django
admin history maybe?
