[Chicago] possible talk next week

Hi all, Would it be appropriate to discuss a talk I want to give at the next meeting on the list, before I sign up?  I always expect someone to sign up a little earlier than they do.  If you recall, I talked in January.

The idea this time is an IRC Bot.  The bot itself doesn't do anything much, but the implementation is neat in a couple of ways.
