[Chicago] Python #1

This is based on coding tests used in interviews processed by one company.
Pretty narrow metric, and I can come up with several reasons why Python
specifically would benefit by it.

It's also the 3rd year in a row it's been 1. Python 2. Java 3. Everything
else.
