I have been on the board for two years now and at no point has a
request come across the table to setup ChiPy with fiscal sponsorship
under the PSF umbrella. Kurt Kaiser confirmed this.

What you sent me has something to do with domain registration/transfer
and how when you filed for the non-profit status that you listed me as
a board member.
