[Chicago] ChiPy Organizers Meeting

Brian already relinquished total control to committee during the first
"board" meeting as far as I understand.

I'm really tired of the grandstanding and complaining going on around here.

Given that things will be run by committee, either volunteer or stop
complaining.

I had a lot more here, but I'm censoring it.
