[Chicago] Who's who of ChiPy

Dear Chairman and Governing Body,
Since there is a governing body would you want to have a charter or
constitution for the group?
Or is it against the nature/vibe of the user group?
I know the ACM at UIC has one but I couldn't find one on the chicago
chapter of the ACM's.
If you guys don't have the time or don't want to I understand but maybe you
could give it some thought?
