[Chicago] for those interested in environment management uing visual c++

Hi guys, sorry to bug the group about this but another meetup group I'm in
(C++ users) has a light turnout now for our upcoming session on Visual C++
next Tuesday August 25.

Visual C++ is the compiler for CPython on windows, so if anyone develops
Python extensions using C and windows, the talk should be useful. It's
about a tool called NuGet that helps with environment / build management.
