[Chicago] PINE A64+ group-buy

I spoke with several people at the ChiPy meeting last week that were interested in getting together to get a group deal on a new single-board computer coming early next year called the PINE A64. This bad larry has a 1.2GHz quad-core ARM processor with a Mali GPU with 4K HDMI out. They have added a backing level for a group package for 10 boards with extra auxiliary inputs, 2GB of RAM, a WiFi/BT board, power supply, and HDMI cable for $499. So, if we can get 10 people to contribute $49.90 each, we can get in a on the group buy.
