[Chicago] April Meeting Canceled for PyCon & Mailing List for PyCon Attendees from Chicago

Hi Everyone! The April meeting is canceled because it falls during PyCon
again this year, and so may of us are attending.

I've started a mailing list for people going to ChiPy from Chicago. To sign
