Bill has followed the official process of disclosure. If anyone ever 
asks you, "Why Edward Snowden didn't just follow the law?" Point them 
to Bill.

If you read between the lines, Bill's disclosures are more horrifying 
than Edward's.

Speaking of disclosures: I worked with Bill, and then Edward, at the 
last two H.O.P.E. conferences.
