[Chicago] A new Python Project Night with Chipy

Hi all!

I've really admired the work on Chipy's mentorship program, and mentors and
mentees have been showing up on project nights too. I'm happy to announce
that Raymond and T are organizing project nights now and there is a new
format.

Python Project Nights will be workshop based. An attendee has two flavors
to choose from:

1. OpenShop - This is the current model where people bring their own
project, and seek help if they need it. This will be in the kitchen/dinning
area.

2. GuidedShop - This is was previously called Coding Dojo. There will be
additional rooms booked at Braintree where attendees are organized in
groups.
