[Chicago] Regarding Text Editors

I have been using Jupyter notebook to prototype code and tests in parallel,
then I just paste the class or function definitions into an editor when the
code is mature enough that I don't want to look at it any more, and so I
really only use a text editor to maintain my library modules.
