[Chicago] After some 14 years… I’m resigning as ChiPy chair

Seriously, though, I've met a number of wonderful people of the last
several years through ChiPy. I, like I'm sure many others, are very
grateful for all the effort put in to make ChiPy what it is. Good luck in
all your feature endeavors.
